About Our Laboratory

Laboratory graphicLaboratory Director and Primary Investigator:  Catherine Price, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Clinical and Health Psychology, with Joint Appointment in Anesthesiology

Our laboratory mission is to examine the role of neuroanatomical brain structures on memory and cognition in older adults with/ without dementia, or movement disorders with/ without dementia.

Specifically, we examine the interaction of white matter and subcortical structures (basal ganglia) on memory and cognitive decline and how the structural integrity of these regions predict outcome to interventions (such as surgeries).
